Craig Raper-Laing, born in Nanaimo, B.C. Canada March 15,
1980.
Son of born Lisa Ruttle and Craig Raper. He
was an only child and nothing could hold him back --- learning
to walk at 7 months, and just kept on going until the end.
Dylan had no siblings and was the apple of his
parents' eyes. Dylan was murdered on February 21, 2004, by
two teens aged 15, and 16.
Dylan will forever be sadly missed by all those
who knew and loved him.
