Gord Penner (F.A.C.T. Political Liaison)

Gord Penner and his wife Kim lost their son Jesse on February 17, 2006 to a ten time convicted young offender. Gord has been fighting to see that the Government and Judiciary be held accountable for the release of his sons' killer. Gord became an active member of F.A.C.T. in 2007, and then a Board Member in 2008. Gord now works with members of Government in hopes of bringing victims of crime and their families financial compensation.
Gord is always working on ways to educate others on the current state of the Canadian Legal System, and wants to see that those with average incomes be represented appropriately in the courts. Gord has written some very powerful articles which speak volumes to the injustices placed on the families left behind struggling to make ends meet.
