Dave Toner (Public Affairs Coordinator)

David, who co-founded FACT with Sandra, believes that people in the community have to take an active role in it to create change. After the death of his son, David established a Chapter of the famous Guardian Angels Safety Patrol in Vancouver, and now focuses his time on changing legislation. David has a degree in Law & Security Administration and studied political science at Simon Fraser University. As a retail Loss Prevention expert by trade, David is working closely with media and government agencies to make changes to the criminal code and the administration of justice that will protect law abiding Canadian citizens.
